Products

To ensure the pet safety, the bag is made of self-locking zipper which is of certain resistance, please align the zipper teeth while zipping.

The smell comes from material (Faux leather), which required 5-10 days ventilation before use. Keep in dry place and avoid from direct sunlight as this can cause fading.

Exciting and YES, we do have several color collections in future, to meet our style of Luxury chic and fashion. More colors would be launched in 2023.

We try to keep our classics in stock year-round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked. You can however visit the product page of any sold-out item, select the size and color, and enter your email address to be notified when/if the product becomes available again.

We strongly recommend to put and open the bag next to the place where the pets get used to stay at home before going out, thus they will feel more safer during traveling, especially some anxious pets.

Orders

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. You’ll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

It will take around 8-20 business days. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

Pet & i does not cover taxes or duties for international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.

We accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

If your item breaks or becomes damaged due to a defect, we are happy to replace it or offer a store credit. If your item becomes damaged through normal use, we are unable to take this item back.

After order has been placed, promo codes cannot be appliedThe promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before placing the order.
