At Pet&i, we want you to have an enjoyable shopping experience. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase.
1. Email at info@petandigoods.com with your order number and reasons about the product you would like to return within 7 days of receiving your order.
(1) What’s returnable? * Returns must include all accessories. * Items must include original packaging. * Received defective, incorrect product as ordered and return as original condition. * Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
(2) What’s the shipping cost? * If item is incorrect as ordered, defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. * In all other cases, buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
2. We do not accept any returns after 7 days of delivery.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, included package reference image(s), and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
4. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@petandigoods.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment within 7 business days once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
Please note: shipping fees and import duties/customs taxes are non-refundable.
